摘　　要：该文对红枣干燥设备研究状况进行了归纳,介绍了我国红枣干燥设备的几种机型及其结构、工作原理及优缺点等;论述了红枣干燥机发展现状及目前所存在的问题,同时探讨了红枣干燥机的今后发展趋势及深入研究红枣的干燥机理的方法等,对今后运用计算机进行干燥过程的监测和干燥过程的数学模拟研究具有重要意义。The research status of jujube drying equipment was reviewed, several kinds of models and structure, working principle, advantages and disadvantages were introduced. The development status and existing problems were elaborated, at the same time, the development trend was discussed, such as further study of the drying mechanism of red jujube, which is of great significance on drying process with computer mo- nitoring and drying process of mathematical simulation research.
