新加坡工程师及工程公司质量管理体系透析

摘　　要：新加坡在短短的40余年内迅速成为亚洲四小龙之一和全球最富裕的国家之一,其经济实力的快速提升离不开本国工业的快速发展和对工程师及工程公司质量的有效规制。本文以新加坡为研究案例,依次分析了新加坡高等院校工程专业的鉴定体系、专业工程师的注册和个人实践证书的申请体系、工程技术人员的认证体系以及提供专业工程服务的公司的执照体系,在此基础上,结合当前我国工程师注册制度和工程公司管理体系存在的问题,提出相关建议。Singapore cannot has quickly become one of the four Asian tigers and one of the richest countries in the world in just 40 years without the rapid development of its industries and effective regulations for engineers and engineering companies. This paper takes Singapore as the research object and analyzes the engineering accreditation system in Singapore universities, the system of registration of professional engineers and the application of personal practicing certificates, the system of certification of engineering and technical personnel, and the license system of companies which provide professional engineering services. On this basis, combined with the imperfections of current China＇s engineers＇ registration and engineering corporation management system, the paper puts forward related suggestions.
