高校科研管理信息系统构建与完善路径研究

摘　　要：本文从简单电子数据、MIS系统、集成化系统、多元智能化等四个阶段,回顾总结及预测了构建科研管理信息系统的建设理念及特点。结合目前高校的科研管理现状、建设要求和效果、顺序和时序等三个关键问题分析,通过实际建设案例,提出了系统构建流程、数据建设内容的合理化操作,以及确保系统建设质量的三个条件;首次提出了未来从以科研项目为核心向以教师为核心的多元智能化科研服务平台转变的思考,利用社交、移动、云服务、大数据等技术,集成科研管理数据及其他科研资源大数据,变革和扩容科研管理和服务理念。In this paper, we review and forecast the concepts and characteristics of the construction of scientific research management information system from four respects-simple electronic data, MIS system, integrated system and multiple intelligence stages. We present the system construction process, data construction content and system construction quality conditions based on the three key issues of the current situation of scientific research management, construction requirements and sequence in U- niversities. For the first time, we put forward the idea that the scientific research platform should take teacher as the core rather than research projects management and service concept would be reformed based on large science and management data and other research resources integrated by using social, mobile, cloud services and big data technology, etc.
