摘 要:通过大田试验,研究微生物肥对马铃薯产量及品质的影响。结果表明:与传统施肥[传统磷酸二铵(含N 18%、P2O546%)150kg/hm2,尿素(含N 46%)220kg/hm2,硫酸钾(含K2O 50%)120kg/hm2]相比,在一定施肥范围内,微生物肥能不同程度促进植株生长发育,提高马铃薯产量和品质。其中以处理3(双微肥15kg/hm2+传统肥料)为最佳处理,马铃薯产量(鲜重)为28 741.7kg/hm2,干物质含量为194.3g/kg,淀粉含量为137.98g/kg,Vc含量为136.3mg/kg,蛋白质含量为81.3g/kg,分别较CK增加32.7%、16.23%、15.8%、4.3%、6.8%;还原糖含量为3.5g/kg,较传统施肥降低22.2%。Effects of microbial fertilizer application on yield and quality of potatoes under field condition was studied in this experiment. Results showed that the microbial fertilizer promoted plant growth and improved the yield and quality of potatoes compared to the traditional fertilization which were:traditional diammonium (inclu- ding N 18 %, P205 46% ) 150kg/hm^2, urea (including N 46% ) 220kg/hm^2, potassium sulphate (including K20 50% ) 120kg/hm^2. Treatment 3 ( microbial fertilizer 15kg/hm^2 + conventional fertilizer) was the best treatment with a yield of fresh potato 28 741kg/hm^2, dry matter content of 194.3g/kg, starch content of 137.98g/kg, V,: content of 136. 3mg/kg, protein content of 81. 3g/kg. The increase rates were 32. 7% , 16. 23% , 15. 8% , 4.3% , and 6.8% , respectively compared to the conventional fertilization ( CK control). The reducing sugar con- tent was 3.5g/kg which decreased by 22.2% compared to the control.
