摘  要:目的探讨在护理绩效考核改革中建立绩效管理委员会的意义。方法全院选拔护士长、护理骨干成立绩效管理委员会,明确工作计划、职责、具体工作内容,包括:确定护理绩效考核标准;绩效理论知识技能培训;设计标准模板;简化计算流程;搭建沟通平台,解决、协调护理绩效考核中出现的问题;绩效考核满意度调查反馈。结果绩效管理委员会全面推进绩效考核改革顺利实施;保障绩效考核数据准确、计算高效;有效协调考核者与被考核者之间的关系;会员综合素质提升、工作控制感增强。结论护理部下设绩效管理委员会,能更细致、全面、深入地开展和促进护理绩效考核改革工作,充分发挥护理管理效能。Objective To determine the significance of performance management committee in nursing performance appraisal reform. Methods A performance management committee was set up to define work plans,responsibilities and specific work content ,determine nursing performance appraisal standards ,provide training on performance related knowledge and skills,design unified template,simplify calculation process,build a communication platform,solve and coordinate the problems arising from performance appraisal and investigate nurses' satisfaction with performance appraisal. Results The performance management committee effectively promoted the implementation of performance appraisal reform ,guaranteed accurate data and high-efficient calculation of performance appraisal ,coordinated the re- lationship between administrators and nurses. Moreover,thls practice improved team members' comprehensive quality and feelings of job control. Conclusion The set up of performance management committee can facilitate the im- plementation of performance appraisal reform,and make full use of the management efficiency.
