摘　　要：高等教育通向农村是实现"科教兴农"战略和高等教育大众化的必然选择,更是新农村建设的现实需要。中国是一个农业大国,由于长期受"城乡二元经济结构"的影响,给高等教育通向农村带来诸多现实困难,如何改善这一局面,对农村经济社会发展具有重要战略意义。Expansion of high education to countryside is essential to ＇develop agriculture by science＇ strategy and it is required to build New Socialist Countryside. As a big agricultural economy entity, China encounters numerous problems in the process of opening higher education to rural places due to the influence from long history of dual structure in urban and rural economy. Giving solutions to these problems is therefore propound and meaningful to the social development in countryside.
