摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的发展,油田钻井企业开始大量采用信息系统为企业的生产运营管理提供服务及支持。由于资源投入及客观原因,众多系统往往达不到预期的建设目标。遂提出"群体面授为辅、个性自导远程学习为主"的教育培训模式,为改善企业的信息化建设现状提供可行方案,在实际应用中效果显著。With the development of modern information technology, oilfield drilling enterprises have begun to provide service and support for production and operation management of enterprise by information system. Due to resource input and objective reasons, many systems sometimes couldn＇t reach the expected target. So this paper puts forward an education training mode that focuses on personality guided distance learning and at the same time accompanied by group training, in order to provide feasible solutions for improving the situation of the enterprise＇s information construction, and the effect is remarkable in the practical application.
