摘　　要：目的:探讨Survivin蛋白在食管鳞癌和肺鳞癌表达的异同。方法:以免疫组织化学法检测食管鳞癌、肺鳞癌标本Survivin蛋白表达情况,分析Survivin蛋白及其细胞质表达在解剖位置相近、组织类型相同的不同肿瘤表达的差异性。结果:Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌、食管鳞癌均为高表达。Survivin蛋白阳性染色主要位于细胞质,部分位于细胞核,部分细胞质细胞核均表达。肺鳞癌Survivin蛋白细胞质表达与食管鳞癌Survivin蛋白细胞质表达在患者年龄、分化程度、淋巴结转移方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生存分析显示,Survivin蛋白细胞质表达在肺鳞癌的生存率低于食管鳞癌(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin蛋白表达及其细胞质表达与肿瘤的类别无关。Survivin蛋白细胞质表达与肺鳞癌和食管鳞癌特征无关。Survivin蛋白细胞质表达与肺鳞癌和食管鳞癌的预后有关。Objective： To investigate the expressions of survivin protein in esophageal and lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods：The expressions of survivin protein in esophageal and lung squamous cell carcinoma sample were detected using immunohistochemical staining. Results： The expressions of survivin in lung and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were high. Survivin positive staining was located mainly in cytoplasm,partly in nuclear,and partly in nuclear and cytoplasm. The differences of survivin expression in cytoplasm in patients age,cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis of tumor were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The survival rate of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma complicated with survivin expression in cytoplasm was lower than that in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The expression of survivin in cytoplasm is not related to the tumor type.The expression of survivin in cytoplasm is not related to the characteristics of lung and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of survivin in cytoplasm is related to the prognosis of lung and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
