摘 要:目的:探讨肾透明细胞癌组织中Bif-1的表达及意义。方法:通过实时定量PCR和免疫组织化学方法分别检测Bif-1在肾癌及对应癌旁组织中mRNA和蛋白的表达情况,并分析Bif-1的mRNA和蛋白与临床病理资料的关系。结果:肾癌组织中Bif-1阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Bif-1的mRNA和蛋白在肾癌的TNM分期和临床分期组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同年龄、性别组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾癌组织中存在Bif-1表达下降,可能与肾癌的发生有着密切关系,且对肾癌的恶性生物学行为有重要影响。Objective: To investigate Bif-1 expression and clinical significance in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Method: Proteins and mRNAs of Bif-1 in ccRCC surgical specimens and their peritumoral tissue samples were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively. The relationship between mRNA of Bif-1 and clinicopathological features, protein of Bif-1 and clinicopathological features were analyzed, respectively. Resuit.. The mRNAs of Bif-1 were significantly down-regulated in ccRCC tissues compared with adjacent normal renal tissue ( P 〈0.05). The tendency of the proteins alteration in ccRCC and peritumoral tissues were correspond with that of the mRNAs ( P〈0.05). The mRNAs and proteins of Bif-1 were differentiated largely among different groups in terms of ccRCC TNM stages and ccRCC clinical stages ( P 〈0.05), but not age and sex ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Bif-1 in ccRCC decreased. Bif-t may act as a marker predicting tumorigenesis, de- velopment and prognosis of ccRCC.
