白血病性粒细胞肉瘤侵犯外耳道1例

摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,44岁,因＂左耳闷胀感2个月,加重伴胀痛1个月＂于2013年10月来我院就诊,以＂左侧外耳道肿物＂入住我科。患者入院时左耳闷明显,伴左耳轻度胀痛,无发热、头痛,无耳鸣、眩晕、面瘫。Summary We describe a 44-year old man who suffered an isolated external auditory canal granulocytic sarcoma in remission of acute myeloid leukemia. The patient confirmed acute promyeloeytic leukemia three years ago and the disease was in remission after treatment. Two months ago he presented pain and hearing loss in the left ear and the symptom developed gradually. At otoscopic examination a tumoral lesion was noted in the external auditory canal and computerized tomography scan showed a mass in the left external acoustic meatus without bone erosion.
