摘 要:目的:观察早期胃肠内营养在重症脑血管病治疗中的疗效。方法:选择本院老年科2013年1月-2014年6月收治的重症脑血管病患者96例,随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组给予胃肠内营养,对照组给予胃肠外营养,分别给予营养支持治疗1 d和21 d后对两组患者的生化指标、NIHSS评分以及并发症的发生率等指标进行比较。结果:显示治疗组患者的生化指标、NIHSS评分的改善情况明显优于对照组,治疗组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期胃肠内营养可改善重症脑血管病患者的营养状况,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者的预后。Objective:To study the clinical value of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral vascular disease.Method:96 patients with severe cerebral vascular disease were selected and divided into two groups, each contained 48 patients.Treatment group was given enteral nutrition preparation, control group was given parenteral nutrition, biochemical and immunological indexes, and scores of NIHSS and complication rate was compared.Result:All the indexes after 1 day treatment of the two groups had no difference, however, the biochemical index after 21 days of treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the NIHSS scores were all significantly better than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can significantly improve the level of nutrition and immune, and decrease the complication rate and deserve to clinical.
