经开腹手术治疗萎缩性胆囊炎1例

摘　　要：1一般资料 患者,男性,41岁,反复右上腹疼痛半年,加重3天。入院前无明显诱因出现右上腹隐痛,阵发性加重,以进食油腻饮食后加重,伴放射至背部牵涉痛,伴腹部不适,嗳气。查体：T：37.8℃,Murphy（＋）,多次彩超显示胆囊床区未查见胆囊声像图,肝内外胆管未见扩张（图1-2）,核磁共振成像（MRI）提示胆囊显示不清（图3-7）。术前诊断：腹痛：萎缩性胆囊炎。Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is an effective method to treatment the chronic Atrophic cholecystitis. With the Imageological diagnosis development, it can help the doctors to judge the gallbladder triangle and the gallbladder, as well as the extent of adhesions around. Of note, the basic means, such as history-taking, Physical Examination, Symptoms, is necessary to diagnose the disease. We should dialectical combine both of them, so that we can judge the disease in a right way.
