摘  要:以前期筛选的对β-氯氰菊酯(β-CY)具有较高降解能力的地衣芽孢杆菌B-1为目标菌株,考查了聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween-80)、聚氧乙烯月桂醚(Brij-35)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和β-环糊精对菌株生长、β-CY增溶作用和菌株降解β-CY的影响。结果显示:Tween-80、Brij-35和β-环糊精对菌株的生长基本无影响,SDS和SDBS对菌株的生长有明显的抑制作用;Tween-80和Brij-35对β-CY有较强的增溶作用;Brij-35可显著提高菌株对β-CY的降解率,当其含量为2.4 mg/m L时,β-CY降解率为89.42%,较空白提高46.95%。In this study, the Bacillus licheniformis B-1 with good degradation capacity on β-cypermethrin(β-CY) was used. Effect of Tween-80, Brij-35, SDS, SDBS and β-cyclodextrin on the strain growth, the β-CY dissolving capacity and the β-CY degradation by this strain were investigated. It was found that Tween-80, Brij-35 and β-cyclodextrin had rarely effects on the strain growth, and SDS and SDBS significantly inhibited the strain growth. β-CY could be well dissolved in the solution containing Tween-80 or Brij-35. Brij-35 could significantly improve the β-CY degradation, and when its content was 2.4 mg/m L, the β-CY degradation was 89.42%, which was 46.95% higher than that in black control.
