摘  要:近红外光谱结合化学计量学技术由其独特的技术优势在油脂掺假分析领域已取得广泛应用。本文主要对近红外光谱结合化学计量学技术的原理及特点进行论述,并综述了近年来在油脂定性及定量分析方法中应用较为广泛、实用性较强的化学计量学方法,即聚类分析、主成分分析、支持向量机、人工神经网络、主成分回归以及偏最小二乘法结合近红外光谱在油脂掺假分析中的应用,并展望了该技术的发展前景。Near–infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics has been widely used in the field of oil adulteration analysis because of its unique technical advantage. Principle and characteristics of the near–infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometric techniques were discussed. This article reviewed the applications of chemometric methods(clustering analysis,principal component analysis,support vector machine,artificial neural network,principal component regression and partial least squares),which were widely used in the past ten years by qualitative and quantitative analysis with high practicality,in combination near–infrared spectroscopy in oil adulteration analysis. Finally,this article outlines the development of this technique.
