摘 要:长期以来,在打盐井水平对接时,以往在穿越盐层时,都是用的牙轮钻头,一些地区的盐层沉积较为纯,盐层的可钻性就较强,钻头的使用时间一般在100~30小时左右。一些地区的盐层沉积含杂质较多,盐层的可钻性就较弱,特别是含膏质或泥质多的盐层,在穿越这种盐层时,钻时很慢,易出现掉牙轮的井下事故,对牙轮钻头数量上消耗增大,而且延误工期时间,大大的提高了施工成本及施工风险。在水平钻进过程中加压牙轮钻头相比PDC钻头时不容易出现蹩泵的现象发生,工具面稳定,而且更容易控制井眼轨迹,钻进中的造斜率相对稳定。Cone bit is usually used in crossing salt layer when horizontal butting of the salt well. In some mine, the salt layer is quite pure and the drillability is strong. The life of bit is between 100-130 hours. But in some mine, the salt layer contains a lot of impurities and the drillability is weak. Especially the salt layer contains paste and mud. The drilling speed is slow and it is easy to occur cone off. The consume of the cone is quite large which greatly increase the cost and risk. In the horizontal drilling process, PDC bit is not easy to cause pump blocking and is easy to control the well trajectory.
