摘 要:目的:探讨CDX2与Villin在正常贲门组织、癌旁组织及贲门癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集正常贲门组织28例和贲门癌组织标本80例,应用免疫组化的方法检测CDX2蛋白与Villin蛋白在正常贲门组织、癌旁组织和贲门癌组织中的表达情况,分析CDX2蛋白、Villin蛋白与贲门癌临床病理学特征的关系及临床意义。结果:1.CDX2蛋白在28例正常贲门组织中无表达,在80例贲门癌组织及贲门癌旁组织中的表达率分别为37.5%(30/80)和62.5%(50/80),CDX2蛋白在各组间的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Villin蛋白在28例正常贲门组织中无表达,在80例贲门癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达率分别为40.0%(32/80)和60.0%(48/80),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2.贲门癌组织中CDX2蛋白与Villin蛋白的表达均与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.01),而在高-中分化贲门癌组织中的表达率均高于低分化贲门癌组织中的表达率(P<0.01)。结论:1.CDX2蛋白和Villin蛋白可能是贲门癌发生的抑制因素;2.CDX2蛋白和Villin蛋白的表达均与贲门癌的分化程度有关,这两种蛋白和贲门癌的恶性程度有一定关系。Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CDX2 and Villin in the normal cardiac tissue, para cancer and cardia cancer. Methods: Samples of 28 cases of normal gastric cardia tissue and 80 cases of cardiac cancer tissue were collected. Then the expression of CDX2 protein and Villin protein in normal gastric tissue, para cancerous tissues and gastric cardia carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry ; the pathological relationship between CDX2 protein , Villin protein and gastric cardia carcinoma and its clinical significance were analyzed. Results: 1. There was no expression of CDX2 protein in normal gastric tissues of 28 cases. The expression rate was 37.5 % (30/80) and 62.5 % (50/80) respectively in the 80 cases of gastric cardia carcinoma and para cancerous tissue. The expression of CDX2 protein in each group was significantly different ( P 〈0.01 ). There was no expression of Villin protein in the 28 cases of normal gastric tissue. The expression rate was 40% (32/80) and 60.0 % (48/80) respectively in the 80 cases of gastric cardia carcinoma and para cancerous tissue. The expression of Villin protein in each group was significantly different. ( P 〈 0.01 ). 2. The expression of CDX2 protein and Villin protein had nothing to do with gen- der, age, TNM, degree of infiltration and lymph node metastasis in gastric cardia carcinoma ( P 〉0.01 ). The expression rate of CDX2 protein and Villin protein in the cardia Carcinoma tissue of high - middle differentiation was higher than that of the cardiac cancer tissue of low differentiation ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:l. CDX2 protein and Villin protein may be the inhibiting factors of cardia carcinoma. 2 The expression rates of CDX2 protein and Villin protein are associated with the degree of differentiation of the cardia carcinoma. There is a certain relationship between these two kinds of proteins and the degree of malignant cardia carcinoma.
