摘 要:目的 利用校准周期图科学确立日立7180全自动生化分析仪校准周期。方法 生化分析仪定标校准后,在距定标校准时间为0,2,4,6,8,10,12,24h时分别测定高、中、低三种浓度水平的质控血清1次,之后每24h测定1次,总计测定30d,如果有项目稳定性强可继续延长检测时间,出现偏差后结束。所有检测项目均重复测定4次取平均值。利用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据处理,计算累积变异系数(CV),并绘制校准周期图。从校准完毕后开始计时至CV〉1/6 CLIA'88允许误差时结束,此间隔时间即为该项目的校准周期。结果 校准周期最短为ALP只有14h;钙(Ca)为24h;TP、ALB、CK、Fe为4~10d;DBil、TBil、HDL-C、GLU、Urea、CHO为10~20d;LDH为25d;TG去游离、Cr酶法、UA、AMY、ALT、AST的校准周期超过30d10结论 科学、合理地确立各检测项目的校准周期,对生化分析仪检测系统进行定期校准,既能够避免不必要的校准、又能够节省检验工作的时间和成本,保证生化检验项目检测结果可靠性。Objective To establish calibrating period of the fully automatic biochemical analyzer Hitachi 7180 scientifically by using calibrating periodogram. Methods With the calibration and adjustment of the biochemical analyzer, after the scaling calibration time 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24 hours, the quality control sera of the high, middle and low concentration levels separately were tested at one time respectively, then took the test one time every 24 hours, with the total amount of time for 30 days. The testing time could be prolonged for the stable items, the testing should be finished after appearance of deviation. All the test items were tested repeatedly four times to get the average data. The SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to process data, calculate CV and draw calibrating periodogram. The interval time after the ending of calibration till the coefficient of variation of deposition (CV) greater than 1/6 CLIA'88 allowable deviation to end the test was the calibration period for this item. Results The shortest calibration period was ALP with only 14 hours; the calibration period for Calcium (Ca) was 24 hours; the calibration period for TP, ALB, CK, Fe was 4 days to 10 days; period for DBil, TBil, HDL- C, GLU, Urea, CHO was 10 days to 20 days, 25 days for LDH, over 30 days for TG deionization, Cr enzymic method, UA, AMY, ALT, AST. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable establishment of the calibrating period of each test item can help to avoid unnecessary calibration and save time as well as cost, and ensure the reliability of the testing results of the chemical testing items.
