摘　　要：本文针对某双缸发动机进行台架试验过程中,当发现排气系统冒出大量的烟雾,立即停止试验,将发动机拆装后发现其中一只缸套上出现纵向裂纹即发生崩缸失效,随即对其产生原因进行了调查分析并制定了相应的预防措施。In this paper some two- cylinder engine bench test process,of smoke pouring from the exhaust system when found,immediately stop test,found one after disassembling the engine cylinder longitudinal cracks on the collapse cylinder failure occurs,then has carried on the investigation and analysis to the causes and formulate the corresponding prevention measures.
