摘　　要：目的评价睑缘缩短联合阔筋膜兜带术治疗麻痹性睑外翻的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2014年2月在我院收治的6例（6只眼）面神经麻痹性引起的睑外翻出现角膜疾病的临床资料。所有患者均采用睑缘缩短联合阔筋膜兜带术矫正。结果术后随访2～50个月，6例下睑外翻均全部矫正，睑裂闭合不全完全治愈4例，明显好转2例。角膜情况较术前明显改善，无感染、排斥反应、睑内翻或睑外翻出现，患者对手术疗效均表示满意。结论睑缘缩短联合阔筋膜兜带术治疗面神经麻痹引起的麻痹性睑外翻操作简单，创伤小，手术效果确切，是一种较好的方法。Objective To analyze the effect of eyelid shorting combined with fascia lata tightening surgery for paralytic ectropion. Methods The data of 6 cases with lower eyelid paralytic eetropion before and after eyelid shorting combined with fascia lata tightening surgery Were collected and analyzed. Results The follow-up time was 5-60 months. The ectropion was cured in all 6 cases. The hypophasis was cured in 4 cases and improved in 2 cases. All the patients were satisfied with the surgical outcomes. Conclusion Eyelid shortening combined with fascia lata tightening is easy to operate and can effectively correct lower eye- lid paralytic ectropion.
