摘　　要：飞秒激光（femtosecond laser）制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）在临床上已经应用十分广泛，由于在角膜瓣的制作和角膜基质的激光切削过程中，切断了部分角膜神经，破坏了泪液反射环路，引起泪膜稳定性下降和泪液分泌量减少，所以干眼一直是LASIK术后常见的并发症之一，干眼可导致术后患者满意度下降，要重视LASIK术后干眼的发生，加强对干眼的正确认识与处理，提高患者术后舒适度与视觉质量，减少并发症的发生十分重要。Laser in sltu keratomileusis（LASIK） with corneal flap created by femtosecond laser has been applied widely in clinical operation. Because part of corneal nerve were cut off and the tear reflection loop was destroyed in the proeess of corneal flap produetion and laser cuttting of corneal stroma which caused the decline of tear film stability and decrease of tear secretion, dry eye has always been one of common complications. Dry eye can cause the decline of patients＇ satisfaction after surgery, so the occurrence of dry eye should be paid attention to and the correct understanding and treatment of dry eye should be strengthened to improve patient＇s comfort and postoperative visual quality and reduce complications after surgery.
