肠安康胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠安康胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将溃疡性结肠炎患者60例随机分为2组各30例,对照组使用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,3次/d,0.5 g/次,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上使用肠安康胶囊4.4 g/d,2组均连续治疗1个月后观察治疗前后SOD和GSH-PX变化情况及患者临床症状改善时间,并在治疗后1月实施肠镜检查,观察治疗后肠镜等级。结果:治疗后观察组SOD和GSH-PX均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛腹胀、便血、里急后重及腹泻改善时间快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠镜复查等级在Ⅱ级及以下的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠安康胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能有效抑制氧自由基对机体的损伤,缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of ChangAnKangCapsule combined with mesalazine on the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： Overall 60 cases with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the con-trol group and the observation group with 30 cases respectively. Patients in the control group were given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets, 3 times a day, 0.5g each time; besides taking mesalazine like patients in the control group, pa-tients in the observation group were administered ChangAnKang Capsule 4.4g a day. After one month treatment, the changes of SOD and GSH-PX levels as well as the time the clinical symptoms improved were compared before and after treatment in both groups; meanwhile, the ulcer degrees observed by colonoscopy would be presented in two groups. Results： The levels of SOD and GSH-PX in the observation group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the improved time of symptoms like abdominal pain and distention, hematochezia, tenesmus and diarrhea in the observation group was faster than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the ulcer degrees in and belowⅡlevel determined by colonoscopy in the observation group were more than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integration ofChangAnKangCapsule and mesalazine in treating ulcerative colitis can effectively inhibit the body im-pairment from oxygen free radicals, relieve clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
