摘　　要：目的探讨CIP2A在宫颈癌(Cervical cancer)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical intraepithelial,CIN)及正常宫颈组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测50例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、34例CINⅠ、40例CINⅡ、45例CINⅢ及12例正常宫颈组织中CIP2A蛋白的表达。结果 CIP2A蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达明显高于宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈组织,且与宫颈癌淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CIP2A在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中过表达,且与宫颈癌的恶性临床病理特征密切相关,为将来发展以CIP2A为靶分子的宫颈癌临床诊断和新的治疗策略提供了新的思路。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CIP2 A protein in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial and normal cervical tissue.Methods The expressions of CIP2 A in 50 cases of cervical cancer,34 cases of CINⅠ,40 cases of CINⅡ,45 cases of CINⅢ and 12 cases of normal tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The expression of CIP2 A protein in cancer tissues was significantly higher than those in CIN tissues and normal tissues（P〈0.05） and closely correlated with TNM stage and metastasis.Conclusion CIP2 A is overexpressed in cervical squamous cell cancer and closely correlated with the malignant clinicopathologic feature of cervical cancer.Therefore,CIP2 A,as a target molecule,may provide a new thought for the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy of cervical cancer.
