不溶性阳极镀锡工艺典型污染物控制技术

摘　　要：分析了目前不溶性阳极镀锡生产过程中典型污染物的产生及分类。结合现场生产实际提出了针对典型污染物产生的控制技术,包括电镀液中有害金属离子的去除、油类污染物的控制,含锡泥液的资源化利用,镀锡过程清洁生产对策等。It is analyzed the pollutant howto come into being and its assortment in present insoluble anode tin plating process. The control technique against the typical pollutant is proposed based on the site concrete production,including eliminating harmful metal ion in electroplating liquid,controlling oil- type pollutant,resource- utilization of tin- bearing mud liquid,and clean production counter- measures in tin plating.
