能力本位下的士官电子对抗情报课程教学方法

摘　　要：为了更好地调动学员学习积极性、提升学员岗位任职能力,根据能力本位教育思想,结合士官电子对抗情报课程的教学特点,提出了以能力为主线的电子对抗情报课程教学设计,给出了引入能力本位思想后士官电子对抗情报课程的教学实施方法.这为士官教育方法研究提供了参考.To stir the cadets’learning enthusiasm better, and boost their post-oriented competency, this article presents the teaching design with the ability as mainline for the ECM intelligence application course, on the basis of competency-based education idea and integrating with the sergeants’teaching features of ECM intelligence application course, and gives the teaching implementation scheme for this course embedded with competency-based idea. It offers a reference for the study of sergeant education method.
