摘 要:抗菌肽(antibacterial peptide)是具有抗菌活性的一类多肽,广泛存在于生物界。它是宿主免疫防御系统的重要成分,具有广谱杀菌、相对分子量较小、热稳定性及水溶性好等优点,更重要的是它可以选择性作用于肿瘤细胞,对正常细胞损伤小,毒性小,不易产生耐药性.有望开发成为新一代具有广阔应用前景的抗癌药物。该文综合近年来抗菌肽的研究,概述了抗菌肽对肿瘤细胞的作用机制及其应用前景。Antibacterial peptide is a kind of polypeptide with antimicrobial activity, widely existing innature. It is an important element of the host immune defenses with the characteristics of broad anti-bacterialspectrum, relatively small molecular weight, as well as good thermal stability and solubility in water. It is moreimportant that it exhibits selective effects on tumor cells with little toxicity and damage to normal ceils. More-over, it is less easy to develop drug resistance. So, it is expected to become a new generation of anti-cancerdrugs with broad application prospects. In this paper, the comprehensive researches on antimicrobial peptidein recent years were summarized with the emphasis on the mechanism of action of antibacterial peptide on tu-mor cells and its application prospect.
