摘 要:年龄相关性黄斑变性是西方国家50岁以上老年人最主要的致盲原因,根据其临床表现和病理改变可分为两种类型:萎缩型和渗出型。萎缩型年龄相关性黄斑变性目前仍没有有效的治疗方法。而针对渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性已有各种治疗方案涌现于临床,各自有不同的特点和局限性,其中抗血管内皮生长因子的出现是治疗渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性的一场革命,大大降低了由其导致的视力损伤的发生率。本文即对渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性的抗血管内皮生长因子治疗方法及其影响因素作一综述。Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is one of the leading causes of blindness in western countries among people over the age of 50 years. AMD is divided into dry and exudative AMD according to the clinical manifestations and pathological changes. So far there is no specific therapy against dry AMD. However, numerous treatments against exudative AMD have come into being and they are characterized by different features and limitations. Among them, the anti-vascular endothelial growth factor treatment is a milestone in the treatment of exudative AMD, reducing the incidence of exudative AMD-induced vision loss significantly. This article reviews the methods and effective factors of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor for exudative AMD.
