摘　　要：拔牙作为一种外科手术会造成术区软组织一定程度的损伤,但如果在拔牙时因各种原因造成局部软组织过度或意外的损伤,则属于拔牙并发症。软组织损伤属于常见的拔牙并发症之一。本文针对拔牙造成软组织过度或意外损伤的原因、临床表现、处理及预防进行阐述,以期为临床医生在操作时降低该并发症的发生提供帮助。Bone tissue injuries are common complications during the extraction surgery. Once occurring,it causes not only the feeling of pain and swelling,but also the difficulty of denture restoration after the extraction. In order to provide help to reduce the incidence of bone tissue injuries in tooth extraction,this article will introduce the bone tissue injuries in detail,including the causes of complications,the clinical manifestations,the clinical treatment methods and precautionary measures.
