羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂抵制粪肠球菌效果体外研究

摘　　要：目的评价羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂对于粪肠球菌的抑菌效果。方法 2012年10月在辽宁省疾病控制中心微生物实验室采用纸片扩散法药敏实验测定2%氯已定,110、120、140、160、180、200 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂,5.0 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖,Apexcal对粪肠球菌形成的抑菌环直径并进行统计学分析。结果 120、140 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂的抑菌环直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且明显大于2%氯已定和110、160、180、200 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。各个浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂以及2%氯已定的抑菌环直径都大于5.0 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖和Apexcal组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。5.0 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖直径明显大于Apexcal组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 120、140 mg/m L羧甲基壳聚糖氯已定合剂是再治疗根管的有效消毒药物。ObjectiveTo evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan using an in vitro model infected by Enterococcus faecalis.MethodsIn the center for disease control of microorganism laboratory the paper diffusion method was used to examine the susceptibility of Enterococcus faecalis,2% chlorhexidine,110,120,140,160,180 and 200 mg/m L chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan,5 mg/m L carboxymenthylated chitosan and Apexcal.Results120 and 140 mg/m L chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan were more effective than chlorhexidine and 160 mg/m L（P 〈0.05）. There were no significant differences between 120 and 140 mg/m L chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan. There were significant differences between 120,140 mg/m L and 110,180,200 mg/m L（P 〈0.01）.There were significant differences between chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan and carboxymenthylated chitosan. There were significant differences between carboxymenthylated chitosan and Apexcal（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion120 and 140 mg/m L chlorhexidine carboxymenthylated chitosan is fit for root canal retreatment.
