中重度牙周炎伴缺血性脑卒中血清超敏C-反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸检测

摘　　要：目的观察中重度牙周炎伴缺血性脑卒中患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平变化,探讨中重度牙周炎与缺血性脑卒中相关关系。方法 2012年4月至2013年1月在辽宁省人民医院口腔科就诊的患者中选取中重度牙周炎(A组)、缺血性脑卒中(B组)、中重度牙周炎伴缺血性脑卒中(C组)各50例,另选取健康人群(D组)50名,分别记录菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL),采用散射比浊法和化学发光法检测血清hs-CRP和HCY。结果 A、C两组间PD、AL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C组的PLI均高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C组hs-CRP和HCY均高于D组,C组hs-CRP高于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论牙周炎与缺血性脑卒中间存在一定关联,hs-CRP和HCY可作为中重度牙周炎和缺血性脑卒中临床试验的重要参考指标。ObjectiveBy observing serum levels of hs-CRP and HCY in patients with advanced periodontitis and ischemic stroke,to discuss the association between advanced periodontitis and ischemic stroke.MethodsFifty patients with advanced periodontitis（group A）,50 patients with ischemic stroke（group B）,50 patients with ischemic stroke and advanced periodontitis（group C）were enrolled and 50 healthy controls in group D. The clinical indexes included the periodontical indexes and the serum levels of hs-CRP and HCY.ResultsThere were no significant differences in PD and AL between A and C group（P〉0.05）. PLI in group A,B and C was higher than that in group D.There were significant differences among the four groups（P〈0.05）. Hs-CRP and HCY levels in group A,B and C were higher than those in group D. Hs-CRP and HCY levels in group C were higher than those in group A and B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are some correlations between advanced periodontitis and ischemic stroke. Hs-CRP and HCY levels in clinical trials can be used as an important reference in advanced periodontitis and ischemic stroke.
