摘　　要：新时期的大学生承载着新的历史使命，因而针对大学生的教育工作，新的时代也有新的要求，这对于辅导员老师来说，无疑是个挑战，辅导员要提高素质，改变工作方法，来增强其工作的实效性，就如何增强教育工作的实效性进行讨论。A new era of college students, carrying the new historical mission,therefore, according to the college students’ education, new era, there are new requirements for the counselors, teachers, undoubtedly is a challenge. Instructors should improve quality, change working methods, to enhance its work effectiveness. This paper discussed how to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education work.
