摘 要:从西部山区农村客运运力分布不均衡的特点入手,分析得出片区客运运力需求与供给存在的环形、平形、树形3种不均衡模式.在3种不同的不均衡模式的基础上,总结出目前我国西部山区农村客运片区运力调度中存在的3类基本车辆调度方案;在基于基本假设前提下,建立了片区农村客运车辆调度优化模型并给出了模型计算的解法;将建立的片区运力优化调度模型应用于重庆长寿区云台镇—海棠镇片区的客运运力调度的分析中得出此模型适应用与精度.With the rapid urbanization in China,the rural passenger transport still plays an important role in meeting people's travel demand in China's west mountainous rural areas. However,due to lack of appropriate planning, there exists a capacity imbalance between supply and demand of passenger transport in mountainous rural areas. How to solve the urbanization of rural passenger transport capacity deployment,especially in western mountainous rural areas,has become one of the very urgent tasks at present. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of distribution of passenger transport capacity,this paper first has classified the imbalance into three types: circular,flat,and tree. Based on the different operating schedules,this paper summarizes the existing transport capacity scheduling of three kinds of passenger vehicle scheduling scheme in the west mountain rural. Then, a rural passenger vehicle scheduling optimization model is established and the model calculation method is given. Finally,the established optimization scheduling model in area capacity was applied to analyze the passenger capacity scheduling in the Yuntai town-Haitang town area in Chongqing's Changshou district; it is concluded that this model produces better passenger vehicle scheduling schemes.
