一株海水氯氰菊酯降解菌的分离鉴定及降解特性

摘  要:从近岸海区分离获得一株能高效降解氯氰菊酯农药的菌株HS-12,经生物学特性和16S rDNA分析,初步鉴定为海研站菌(Mesonia sp.)。菌株HS-12在温度为28℃、pH=7的条件下具有最好的生长率和降解率,降解率达到90.1%。进一步采用核磁共振(NMR)和发光细菌方法对氯氰菊酯降解过程中的降解产物及产物毒性变化情况进行分析,降解前发光细菌抑制率为(89.3±5.9)%,降解后为(35.7±4.4)%,表明农药降解后毒性大大降低,菌株HS-12可用于海水污染环境中氯氰菊酯残留污染的生物修复。A drug-resistant strain named HS-1 2 with high cypermethrin(CYP)degrading capability was isolated by separa-tion and screening from pyrethroids pesticide pollution seawater environment.Based on 1 6s rDNA sequence analysis,strain HS-1 2 was identified as Mesonia sp.The optimal culture and degradation conditions for CYP were 28℃ and pH=7.Under the optimal degradation conditions,strain HS-1 2 exhibited effectively degradation rate of 90.1%.The metabolic intermedi-ates and toxicity of the degradation products of HS-1 2 were analyzed by NMR and luminescent bacterium.The inhibition ra-tio of the degradation products was(35. 7 ±4. 4)%,which was lower than (89. 3 ±5. 9)%of CYP,indicated that the toxic-ity of degradation products greatly reduced.Finally,the findings of this paper demonstrate that strain HS-1 2 exhibited a high capability for the remediation of marine aquatic environment polluted by CYP.
