摘　　要：通过分析河北沿海开发区发展现状、发展基础以及与环渤海其他省市开发区对区域经济带动作用的差异,提出依托开发区协同发展推动河北沿海区域经济发展的战略举措:实施区园联动发展,促进产学研结合,错位发展金融产业,加快发展现代服务业。The paper puts forward strategic measures that relying on the collaborative development of zones to promote the economic development of coastal areas of Hebei by analyzing the current situation and basics of development zones of Hebei coastal areas and comparing the differences of the leading role of zones to the regional economics with other development zones around Bohai region.First,implement the linkage of development zones.Second,promote university-industry cooperation.Third,promote the development of financial industry.Last,accelerate the development of modern service industry.
