摘  要:用Visual C++编制了船舶液压组合锚机自动化校核与诊断软件,对液压组合锚机进行校核计算,并对计算后的零件进行诊断,针对设备的安全性、匹配性和布局合理性,列出问题的原因和优化建议。用MFC编制了友好的界面,能自动生成满足船级社要求的校核报告,并保留了扩展功能接口。通过实例验证,软件大大提高了计算效率和精度,可以根据诊断建议进行方案改进,能满足船舶液压锚机厂商的设计需求,并已被部分厂商采用。Software is programmed with Visual C++ for auto-checking and diagnosis of ship combined windlass. It gives diagnosis to the calculated parts. Aiming at safety, matching and reasonability, causes of the problems are listed and optimization suggestions are given. Friendly interfaces are worked out by MFC, which can automatically integrate the requested checking report for classification societies. It also reserves the expanding function interface. An example is given to prove that the software highly raises the efficiency and accuracy of calculation. Schemes can be improved according to the given suggestions. The system can meet the demands of windlass manufactures and has been adopted by some of them.
