摘 要:本文对蒺藜配伍低聚原花青素对大鼠运动性肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制进行了研究。试验中对大鼠以3 g/kg剂量的蒺藜、50 mg/kg剂量的低聚原花素灌胃56 d,并进行力竭游泳训练、血尿素氮等生化指标测定。结果显示,8周的过度训练导致大鼠运动性肾缺血"再灌注",肾组织组织病理学发生明显改变,肾功能受到严重损坏。血尿素氮和血清肌酐上升,TOM组(P<0.05)、OPCOM组(P<0.05)、TOPCOM组(P<0.01)低于OM组;TOPCOM组(P<0.05)低于OPCOM组。SOD活性降低,TOM组(P<0.05)、OPCOM组(P<0.05)、TOPCOM组(P<0.01)高于OM组;TOPCOM组(P<0.05)高于OPCOM组。MDA含量升高,TOM组(P<0.05)、OPCOM组(P<0.05)、TOPCOM组(P<0.01)低于OM组;TOPCOM组(P<0.05)低于OPCOM组。从而说明蒺藜和低聚原花青素均可以增强SOD活性,清除氧自由基,减轻脂质过氧化,对运动性缺血再灌注肾脏具有保护作用。二者配伍使用效果更好。This paper studied the protective effect and mechanism of Tribulus terrestris L. combined with oligomeric proanthocyanidins on exercise-induced renal ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats. In the experiment,the rats were gavaged with 3 g / kg of T. terrestris and 50 mg / kg oligomeric proanthocyanidins for 56 days and carried out exhaustive swim training. The blood urea nitrogen and other biochemical indexes of rats were then measured. The results showed that eight weeks of overtraining led to exercise-induced renal ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Moreover,the rats' kidney histopathology was changed significantly and renal function was damaged severely. The blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine increased,TOM group( P 0. 05),OPCOM group( P 0. 05),TOPCOM group( P 0. 01) lower than the OM group; TOPCOM group( P 0. 05) lower than the OPCOM group. SOD activity decreased,TOM group( P 0. 05),OPCOM group( P 0. 05),TOPCOM group( P 0. 01) higher than the OM group; TOPCOM group( P 0. 05) higher than the OPCOM group. MDA increased,TOM group( P 0. 05),OPCOM group( P 0. 05),TOPCOM group( P 0. 01) lower than the OM group; TOPCOM group( P 0. 05) lower than the OPCOM group. The experimental results showed that T. terrestris and oligomeric proanthocyanidins can enhance the activity of SOD,scavenge oxygen free radicals,and reduce lipid peroxidation,which have a protective effect on exercise-induced ischemia-reperfusion kidneys.
