大气压化学电离源的高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定黄鳝肌肉中九种性激素的残留研究  

Simultaneous Detection of 9 Sexual Hormones in Muscle of Field Eel Monopterus albus by HPLC-MS-MS

摘　　要：通过比较不同提取剂、不同固相萃取柱等建立一种同时检测黄鳝肌肉中9种性激素残留的大气压化学电离源的高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法,其中雌二醇和雌三醇检出限为1.0μg/kg,己烯雌酚、双烯雌酚、17a-炔雌醇、17a-甲基睾酮、醋酸甲地孕酮、醋酸氯地孕酮和康力龙等检出限为0.5μg/kg,在5~200μg/kg线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.997%,添加量为1~20μg/kg时,回收率为84.9%~105.6%,相对标准偏差1.9%~8.6%。方法检出限较低,精密度、准确性和回收率等均能达到检测要求。A method to detect 9 contraceptives in muscle of field eel Monopterus albus simultaneously was established by HPLC-MS-MS via comparison of different extracting agents, and SPE. It was found that the detection limits of estradiol and estriol were 1.0/xg/kg, and the detection limits of the other 7 contra- ceptives were 0.5 /lg/kg, with linearity range of 5--200 bLg/kg （R^0. 997%）. In the spiked samples, the average recoveries were varied from 84.9% to 105.6%, and the relative standard deviations （RSD） were changed from 1.9 % to 8.6 %. The method showed good detection limit, precision and recovery enough to be used to detect sexual hormones in muscle of field eel.
