摘　　要：以应用型人才培养为出发点,对应用型本科院校公共体育教学的现状进行分析,在此基础上指出公共体育教学改革的必要性,并提出公共体育教学改革的对策与建议,进而为深化应用型本科院校公共体育教学改革、完善公共体育课程体系提供有益的参考.Taking applied talents training as starting points, the paper analyzes the status of public physical education teaching in application-oriented colleges and universities, and then points out the necessity, countermeasures and suggestions of public physical education teaching reform accordingly, which are both beneficial in deepening the public physical education teaching reform among application-oriented colleges and improving the public physical education curriculum system.
