摘 要:目的:建立同时测定蒙药嘎日迪五味丸中莽草酸和没食子酸的HPLC方法,为该蒙药复方制剂的质量控制提供一种简便、快速、准确的方法.方法:采用岛津LC-10ATVP高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)(大连中汇达科学仪器公司);SPD-10AVP检测器;柱温25℃.结果:莽草酸在0.1~0.5μg,没食子酸在0.05~0.25μg范围内,莽草酸和没食子酸的浓度与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系.莽草酸的回归方程为Y=1.0×107 X-2.1×104, r=0.9999;没食子酸的回归方程为Y=9.0×108 X+3.8×105,r=0.9997,莽草酸、没食子酸的平均回收率分别为101.0%,RSD=1.60%;101.6%,RSD=1.75%.结论:本法简便、快捷、重复性好,结果准确可靠,可为研究蒙药嘎日迪五味丸的质量标准方法的建立提供可靠依据.Objective:To establish the simultaneous determination method of shikimic acid and gallic acid in Garidi-5 pills by HPLC, and to provide a simple, rapid and accurate method for the quality control of Mongolian compound prep-arations. Methods: Shimadzu LC-10ATVP HPLC was used, the column was ODS2 (250mm × 4.6mm,5μm, Dalian Delta Scientific Instrument Company);detector was SPD-10AVP;column temperature was 25℃. Results:the gshikim-ic acid in the range of 0.1-0.5μg, the gallic acid in the range of 0.05-0.25μg, the concentration and the correspond-ing peak area showed a good linear relationship, the regression equation of shikimic acid was Y=1.0 × 107 X-2.1 × 104,r=0.9999;the regression equation of gallic acid was Y=9.0×108 X+3.8×105, r=0.9997;The average recovery of shikimic acid and gallic acid were 101.0%(RSD=1.60%)and 101.6%(RSD=1.75%.) respectively. Conclusion:The method is easy, rapid and reproducible, the result is accurate and reliable, which can provide a good basis for establish-ing the quality standard control for Garidi-5 pills.
