摘 要:番茄是世界范围内广泛需求的作物,番茄制品生产过程中会产生大量的高浓度有机废水。通过分析番茄酱生产废水污染物特性,废水COD浓度大多在800 mg/L^1 300 mg/L之间,氮磷含量较低,且可生化性强,适合采用活性污泥法处理。结合工程实例说明,采用活性污泥法为核心的改进工艺——逐减曝气法处理番茄酱生产废水能有效去除污染物,COD去除率达91.50%,SS去除率达82.92%,且系统出水水质稳定,运行费用低,运行管理简单,是番茄制品(及相似)生产废水处理的有效工艺。Tomato is a worldwidely planted crop in high demand ,however the production process of tomato products will produce a large quantity of high concentration organic wastewater .This paper analyzed the pollutant characteristics of the tomato paste production wastewater ,in which the COD concentration was approximately between 800 - 1 300 mg/L ,and there was low content of nitrogen and phosphours .It was suitable for adopting activated sludge process to treat the wastewater due to its high biodegradability .Combined with an engineering example ,this study aimed to illustrate that the pollutants could be removed effectively by using aeration decline process ,a modified method of activated sludge process , and the removal rate of COD reached 91 .50% ,SS removal rate up to 82 .92% ,it was found that this process was effective to treat wastewater of tomato products with stable effluent quality ,low operating cost and simple management .
