玉米秸秆戊聚糖硫酸酯的制备工艺

摘　　要：以玉米秸秆为原料碱法提取戊聚糖,选择合适的酯化体系(氯磺酸/吡啶法、三氧化硫吡啶复合物/吡啶法、三氧化硫吡啶复合物/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺法、浓硫酸法),磺化修饰制备戊聚糖硫酸酯。实验最终确定了采用氯磺酸/吡啶法合成戊聚糖硫酸酯,产物结构特征经UV,IR确证。With corn straw to extract pentosan , we choose the suitable Esterification system （Chlorosulfonic acid/pyridine method , sulfur trioxide pyridine complex/pyridine method , sulfur trioxide pyridine complex/N ,N‐dimethylformamide method and concentrated sulfuric acid method ） and modified Sulfonated to prepare pentosan polysulfate . Chlorosulfonic acid/pyridine method is experimentally applied to make the pentosan polysulfate ,and it sturcture is verified with UV and IR .
