摘 要:根据耐碰撞车体结构原理设计出具有吸能效果的耐碰撞性车体,进行了车体结构一、二位车端撞击刚性墙仿真研究,结果表明,该车体中车端结构产生塑性大变形,客室结构无塑性变形,车体耐碰撞性明显得到改善,车体纵向刚度分布合理。建立了单节客车碰撞动力学模型,仿真研究车钩缓冲特性,结果表明,带有车钩及防爬吸能装置的车体结构具有较好的吸能特性,在防爬吸能元件压溃行程全部压缩后,车体端部产生塑性变形吸能碰撞能量,客室未发生塑性变形。According to design concepts of the car‐body structure of crashworthiness vehicle ,a vehicle car‐body structure with improved crashworthiness property is designed , and simulation of crash features of the improved car‐body structure is carried . T he results show that the large plastic deformation is produced only at the ends of the car‐body but no deformation in passenger space .T he crashworthiness of the car‐body is obviously improved and the longitudinal stiffness distribution of the car‐body is reasonable .An impact dynamic modal to assess the crashworthiness of a single railway vehicle was built and tested with simulation ,and it is showed the car‐body with coupler‐buffering and the anti climbing energy absorption device has better energy‐absorption ability .After crushing stroke test ,the ends of the car‐body absorb energy with plastic deformation but no deformation in passenger space .
