益气祛痰涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气祛痰涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期的临床疗效。方法收集2013-01—2014-01我院收治的脑梗死康复期患者82例,随机分为观察组与对照组各41例,对照组常规应用西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用益气祛痰涤痰汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率92.7%,显著高于对照组的75.6%;治疗后2组NIHSS及ADL评分均显著降低,但观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气祛痰涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期患者具有显著疗效,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Qutan Ditan decoction on treating patients with cerebral in-farction convalescence. Methods Eighty two patients with cerebral infarction convalescence in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group （n=41 ,treated by conventional western medicine combined withYiqiQutanDitandecoction）andcontrolgroup（n=41,treatedbyconventionalwesternmedicine）. Theclinicalefficacyof two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group （92.7% ） was higher than that of control group （75.6% ）;the NIHSS and ADL scores of two groups were significantly lower after treatment ,especially in the observa-tion group. Conclusion Yiqi Qutan Ditan decoction has a significant rehabilitation efficacy and less adverse reactions on trea-ting patients with cerebral infarction convalescence ,which is worthy of application.
