摘  要:目的:探讨c-MYC/IgH基因重排在淋巴组织增生性疾病中的意义及其临床应用价值。方法:收集本院病理科的淋巴组织增生性病变10例,应用EBER原位杂交检测EBV感染情况,荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测淋巴组织增生性疾病c-MYC/IgH基因重排,PCR检测IgH/IgK或TCRγ基因重排,分析FISH技术在淋巴组织增生性疾病中的诊断和鉴别诊断意义。结果:10例淋巴组织增生性病变中仅1例EBV感染,所有病例均未检测到c-MYC/IgH基因重排,部分病例检测到c-MYC/IgH或TCRγ基因单克隆性重排。结论:通过FISH检测c-MYC/IgH基因重排在淋巴组织增生性疾病中的诊断价值尚需进一步探讨。Objective: To explore the significance of c-MYC/IGH translocation detected by fluorescence in situ hybrid- ization (FISH) in Lymphoprolifetative Disease. Methods: All LPD tissues investigated in this study were obtained from pa- tients (n= 10) treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College. CD20 ,CD3 ,CD5 ,CD10 ,CD21 ,Bcl-2 ,Bcl-6 ,Mum-1 and Ki-67 protein by immunohistochemical array were detected in all cases. At the same time, all cases were detected by EBER in situ hybridization, c-MYC/IGH by FISH and IgH/IgK or TCRγ by PCR assay. Clinicopathological data were collected and the relationship between AID expression and clinicopathological feature was analyzed. Results: Of the 10 cases, only 1 LPD showed EBER positive, c-MYC/IgH gene rearrange was not observed and TCRγ gene rearrangement/ c-MYC/IGH mono- clonal sex was detected in some cases. Conclusion: The significance of c-MYC/IGH translocation detected by FISH in LPD need be further discussed and studied.
