中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探析中西医结合治疗反流性食管炎的近远期疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院消化内科收治的80例反流性食管炎,前瞻性双盲法将其分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用自拟中药方,对比两组近远期疗效和不良反应发生情况,评价患者的生活质量。结果:治疗组治疗4、8周RDQ症状积分明显低于对照组,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4、8周后内镜检查总积分明显低于对照组,治疗组内镜下总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间均未发生不良反应;两组MCS评分、PCS评分以及总评分均明显高于治疗前评分,治疗组较对照组改善更为明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗反流性食管炎能有效缓解患者的临床症状,疗效明显,无不良反应,安全性高,还能有效预防术后复发,改善患者的生存质量,可作为临床治疗的首选方案。Objective： To observe the long term efficacy and safety in the treatment of reflux esophagitis in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods.. A total of 80 cases of reflux esophagitis were divided into 2 groups by prospective double blind method, the control group was treated with conventional therapy of Western medicine, treatment group was treated with combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine, adding Chinese herbal medicine. Then the long term effects and adverse reaction incidence were compared between the two groups. Results： After 4 weeks, 8 weeks of treatment, RDQ symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）, the total efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, endoscopic ex- amination total score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the total efficiency of the treatment group under endoscopy was significantly higher than the control group. After treatment, MCS score, PCS score and total score of both groups were significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈 0.05）, and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and Westernmedicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis, actions but high safety, it can effectively prevent postoperative recurrence, as the first choice of clinical treatment. showing obvious curative effects with no improve the patient＇s quality of life, and adverse re- can be used
