摘　　要：放射治疗是肿瘤的有效治疗手段,以往的观点认为,放射治疗具有免疫抑制作用,近年研究证实,放疗能诱导肿瘤免疫反应促进肿瘤特异性免疫,具有调节免疫系统的作用。Radiotherapy is an effective treatment for the tumor, the previous view considered that it had immunosuppressive effects, recent studies confirm that radiation could induce tumor immune, promote specific immunity, and can regulate the immune system.
