摘　　要：新建本科院校办学转型面临师资队伍建设、学术质量和学风建设等问题。在克服同质化倾向的背景下,新建本科院校合理定位是应用转型的前提,合乎社会需要的应用转型是高校定型的保障。为此,新建本科院校要在办学定位、产学研合作、"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面为转型与定型提供制度支持。The newly built undergraduate colleges have faced up issues of how to construct teachers＇ troop,academic quality guarantee and learning spirit construction to transform their school running mode.Based on overcoming the tendency of homogenization,it is a prerequisite to erect a reasonable position of a new undergraduate college for the mode transform.And to meet the need of the society can secure the college transformation evolving from applied mode to an established mode.Therefore,the newly established colleges must provide support for mode transforma-tion and mode establishment in the respective of the college running orientation,the combination of study with pro-duction and research,and construction of “double-quality”type of teacher teams.
