摘　　要：针对高等院校学生的毕业设计,主要探讨了毕业设计选题的途径,选题中需要考虑的毕业设计工作量、题目难度及学生能力问题。从毕业设计效果、学生获得的收获出发,对毕业设计强调了设计的完整流程以及综合训练。In this paper,some key aspects for conducting and tuitoring the guaduation projects in the universities are discussed,which includes the techniques for project selection,work load tuning and compatibility between the project tasks and the capability of the degree candidates as project conductors.On account of the goals of the project and the achievement acquired by the project conductors,it is concluded that the completeness of process and the comprehensive training scheme are critical aspects that shall be paid special attention to for carrying out a satisfactory project.
