摘 要:优化草石蚕中水苏糖的超声波法提取工艺.以新鲜草石蚕为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,以超声波功率、提取温度、提取时间和料液比为因素,设计4因素3水平的正交实验,研究提取水苏糖的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,超声波法提取水苏糖的最佳工艺条件是:功率为160 W,温度为50℃,时间为30min,原料与试剂的比例为1∶1.该条件下,草石蚕中水苏糖的得率为61.32%.该方法提取工艺简单、结果准确,且草石蚕可以得到充分利用.This article is about the optimization of stachyose’s extraction process from Chinese artichoke via ultrasonic method.Taking fresh Chinese artichoke as the material,the author designed the orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels, basing on the single factor experiment, to study the optimal technological condition for the extraction of stachyose with the factors of ultrasonic power,extracting temperature,extracting time and material liquid ratio.The result shows that the optimal technological condition of ultrasonic method extraction of stachyose is when the ultrasonic power is 160 W,the extracting temperature reaches 50 ℃,the extracting time is 30 min,and the proportion of material and reagent is 1∶1.Under this condition,the receiving rate of stachyose from Chinese artichoke is 61.32%. The extractive technique with the ultrasonic method is simple with precise result, and the Chinese artichoke can be fully applied.
