摘　　要：目的通过网络信息平台,提高高血压动态管理水平。方法与软件开发公司共同研究公共卫生软件,建立"公共卫生信息平台",利用信息平台,加强高血压动态管理,从而形成有效的运行机制。结果利用网络信息,促进高血压管理动态智能化,实现了高血压服务数量、过程指标和结果指标的信息化考核,简化了考核程序,提高了工作效率。结论利用网络信息,促进高血压管理动态智能化,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To improve the dynamic management on the hypertension by the network information platform. METHODS Developing and establishing the ＂Public Health Information Platform＂ with Software Company. Enhancing the dynamic management on the hypertension by the information platform and establishing an effective running mechanism. RESULTS Based on the network information and the dynamic management of the hypertension, it has realized the evaluation on the service numbers, process and outcome indictors. It also greatly simplified the evaluation procedure and improves the work efficiency. CONCLUSION It is worth to popularize and apply of the dynamic management on the Hypertension by the network information.
