摘  要:目的探讨低场MRI皮层下动脉硬化性脑病影像表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析132例经临床及低场磁共振检查确诊的皮层下动脉硬化性脑病患者资料,患者均行常规T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR序列检查。结果 MRI表现为侧脑室前后角,体部周围、放射冠及半卵圆中心片状稍长T1和长T2异常信号,FLAIR序列病灶表现为高信号,其中I型26例,II型41例、Ⅲ型65例。部分病例伴发脑萎缩或腔隙性脑梗塞。结论 MRI是SAE首选影像学检查方法,低场MRI对SAE的诊断有重要价值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the features and diagnostic value of Subcortical Arteriosclerotic Encephalopathy(SAE) by low-field MRI. METHODS Retrospective analysis 132 cases of clinically and low field MRI of the brain diagnosed patients with SAE, all patients were routine with T1W1, T2WI and FLAIR sequence inspection. RESULTS MRI Patches-like slight long T1 and long T2 signal areas could be seen around frontal, occipital horn and body of the lateral ventricle, corona radiate, Centrum semiova- le and lesions showed the high signal in FLAIR, including 26 patients of first type, 41 patients of second type and 65 patients of third type complicated with the sign of lacunar infarction. Cerebral atrophy, parenchymal hemorrhage in some cases. CONCLUSION MRI can be considered as the best examination of SAE and low-field MRI have imporant vlaue for SAE diagnosis.
